We are looking to find talented UX/UI designers to add to our network of design contractors or team when projects require specialized design skills. You will work on a variety of marketing websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Requirements
Personal Skills (Required)
- Efficient, reliable, and honest communicator

- A team player with a high attention to detail
- Highly organized with finalized work
Design Skills (Required)
- Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Ability to translate client needs and business objectives into compelling UX/UI solutions
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Knowledge of ADA Accessibility guidelines for contrast ratios, text spacing, etc.
Software Skills (Required)
- Expert in Figma (3+ years of experience)
- Experience communicating in Slack
- Experience working in Google Drive
Nice to Have, Not Required
- Familiarity with Webflow
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Copywriting skills
- Experience with tools like Notion, Miro, and Loom
