We are looking to find talented SEO strategists to add to our network of experts or team when client projects require specialized SEO skills.

Requirements

Personal Skills (Required)

  • Efficient, reliable, and honest communicator
  • A commitment to always doing the right thing
  • Ambitious to improve both as a strategist and as a person
  • A team player with a high attention to detail
  • Highly organized with finalized work

SEO Skills

Required
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices (4+ years)
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies
  • Ability to perform comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz
  • Experience with technical SEO, including website speed optimization, mobile optimization, and site architecture
  • Strong understanding of how search engines work and the latest algorithm updates
Nice to Have, Not Required
  • Experience with programmatic SEO
  • Familiarity with content marketing and its role in SEO
  • Ability to collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO strategies

Software Skills

Required

  • Expert in Google Analytics (3+ years of experience)
  • Proficient in Google Search Console (3+ years of experience)
  • Experience with content management systems such as Webflow, WordPress, and others
  • Experience communicating in Slack
  • Experience working in Google Drive

Nice to Have, Not Required

  • Experience with Notion, Miro, and Loom
