About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with designers, other team members, and clients to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, etc.) to ensure work aligns with project goals and client expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, keeping clients informed and involved in decision-making.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Create and manage project documentation including timelines, scopes, and briefs.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across all departments involved in the project.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

Personal Skills (Required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly charismatic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage risks and issues.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and high accountability.
• Ability to manage client expectations and navigate difficult conversations.

Project Management Skills (Required)

• 3+ years of experience in client management, project management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including timeline and resource management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers, etc.).
• Ability to manage budgets and keep projects within financial constraints.
• Proficient in managing client relationships and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Experience working in a design or creative agency environment.

Software Skills (Required)

• Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and Figma.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Nice to Have, Not Required

• Experience working in a design or creative agency environment.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with web development project workflows and terminology.
• Experience with Webflow.
